Household Goods Assistance Package

When an entrant or entrant family has secured long-term accommodation, they may be entitled to a Household Goods Assistance (HGA) Package. The contents of this package are based upon needs assessment carried out by Resolve FM.

Once an entrant or entrant family is ready to receive their package, they need to contact their Case Coordinator to request their package and Resolve FM will carry out a needs assessment if required. If an entrant or entrant family already has a particular item, they will not be provided with the same item in their HGA package..

It is important to note that the HGA package is a basic package and is intended to help entrants start their lives in Australia. All electronic goods are covered by a standard warranty for a period of twelve months. The warranty is managed by Resolve FM.
