_Employment Pathways Program
As part of the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP), students studying at ACL AMEP Colleges or ACL AMEP Consortium partner colleges can access additional training that will provide them with a better chance of successful participation in the Australian workforce. The training is provided under the Pathways to Work Program.
Participation in the Employment Pathways Program (EPP) is a Centrelink approved activity and will provide the students with:
- 140 hours of industry training with English language support
- 60 hours work experience in an industry of their choice
- assistance with work preparation skills and vocational counselling
The EPP is delivered by ACL to eligible AMEP students. The students participating in the program can complete recognised modules towards nationally recognised certificates.
