- The ACL Sydney English Centre, occupies an award-winning building
in the historic Rocks area of Sydney. For ACL’s international
students this vibrant learning environment, close to many of the city’s
leading tourist attractions, makes studying and living in Australia
a unique experience.
- ACL operates four ACL
AMEP Colleges at Auburn, Cabramatta, Fairfield and Parramatta,
which offer a wide range of English language and settlement assistance
programs for migrants and refugees. ACL delivers its AMEP courses as
the leader of a consortium with the University of Western Sydney, Macquarie
Community College, Mission Australia and KU Children’s Services.
- China — IEN English was established
in 2001 as a joint venture of ACL, Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE
(NMIT), La Trobe University and a Chinese partner. IEN English supplies language training through the International Education Network
to Chinese tertiary institutions in Shanghai, Dalian, Nanjing, Fuzhou
and Hangzhou. It also offers ACL’s teacher training program in
communicative language teaching for Chinese teachers of English.
